Your body was never meant
to be an object
it was meant to move

The Shift
For a long time, my body felt like something to control.
Something to manage, reduce, and perfect.
When I moved to Lofoten, something changed.
In the mountains and the ocean, my body was no longer something to judge or fix. It became something I relied on — for surfing, hiking, running ridgelines and moving through wild landscapes.
My body stopped being an object.
It became a tool.
That shift changed how I relate to myself.
And it made me realize how powerful nature and movement can be when we use our bodies for something real.
Tera was created to share that experience — to create spaces where other women can reconnect with their bodies, move in wild places, and rediscover a strength that has nothing to do with appearance.
What we believe
Tera retreats are for women who feel something stir inside them when they see mountains, ocean and open landscapes.
Maybe you used to move your body more — hike, surf, run, explore — before life became busier.
Maybe you never really did those things, but something in you has always been curious about that life.
You don’t have to be an athlete.
You don’t have to be “outdoorsy enough”.
You just have to feel that quiet pull toward nature, movement, and the kind of experiences that make you feel more like yourself again.
Many women arrive feeling tired.
A little disconnected from their bodies.
They leave feeling different.
Stronger.
Clearer.
More at home in themselves.
You simply show up.
We take care of the rest.
